- are in search of a bright, dedicated and creative person who will share the office's passion for PSC and FSA and their mission. Motivated applicants must have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and Access expertise), excellent telephone etiquette and ability to write in a professional manner. Must work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects. Some knowledge of, and interest in, classical music is necessary. Prior office experience a plus.   


  • Contract administration, including the creation and tracking of contracts throughout the contract process, and maintenance of records per company policy

  • General marketing support, including management of the company website through Squarespace, design and creation of marketing collateral, etc

  • General administrative support, including tracking of fee payments, depositing checks, and supporting Booking Managers and President with general office management and other administrative and artist-related tasks


  • Plan and produce 18 weekend concerts between October and May each year

    • Setup and breakdown of venue, management of concert staff, management of box office, and oversight of artists and patrons

    • Requires a commitment to be onsite for 12 Saturdays and 6 Sundays

    • Provide general support to the Manager in programming the series’ 18 concerts each season

  • Manage contracts with artists, venues, and outside vendors

  • Create and implement marketing strategies and campaigns via social media, email, print, and managing the series’ website

  • Oversee all ticket sales, including annual subscription drive and fulfillment and online sales

  • Serve as main point of contact for patrons, artist managers, and artists

Candidate must be able to frequently move and transport materials and equipment weighing at least 25 pounds for event needs and must be able to traverse stairs and limited backstage areas easily.
